Abstract (English):
The issue of stability of radionuclide discharges of nuclear power plants under normal operation is discussed in the article. A hypothesis about the stability of the characteristics of atmospheric emissions from nuclear power plants and the stability of the total dose created by the activity of the emissions under consideration has been proposed and tested. It is shown that the average characteristics of the discharges of nuclear power plants under normal operation are stable and can be used to establish discharge standards.
