    <p>В продолжении первой части обзора [1] рассматривается дальнейшая история разработок твердотельных детекторов и особенности их конструкций. Основное внимание уделяется лавинным фотодиодам и кремниевым фотоумножителям, которые являются наиболее чувствительными и потому наиболее востребованными твердотельными детекторами малофотонных оптических сигналов и радиации.</p>
