   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предложен усовершенствованный метод измерений активности источников бета-излучения на основе стронция-90 и метод контроля их однородности. Разработано необходимое аппаратурное оснащение. Разработана математическая модель «эффективной толщины активного слоя», проведены расчеты с использованием программы PENELOPE. Для определения активности источников и визуализации однородности активного слоя разработано программное обеспечение. Проведено сравнение расчетных и экспериментальных данных.</p>

    <p>An improved method for measuring the activity of strontium-90-based beta radiation sources and a method for monitoring their homogeneity are proposed. The necessary hardware was developed. A mathematical model of the «effective thickness of the active layer» was developed and calculations was carried out using the PENELOPE program. Software to determine the activity of sources and visualize the homogeneity of the active layer was developed. A comparison of calculated and experimental data was carried out.</p>
