   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Ввиду развития радиационной обработки пищевой и сельскохозяйственной продукции необходимы новые методы контроля за проведением обработки и оборотом продукции. Перспективным методом контроля является ЭПР спектрометрия, уже применяемая для контроля продуктов, содержащих кости, кристаллический сахар, целлюлозу. В данной работе представлены результаты исследования радиационно-индуцированного сигнала ЭПР в яичной скорлупе. Для облучения использовались ускорители УРТ-0.5 (0,5 МэВ) и УЭЛР-10-10С2 (10 МэВ). Показана кинетика радикалов с течением времени. Получены зависимости интенсивности ЭПР сигнала от величины поглощенной дозы и проведен сравнительный анализ облучения куриных яиц разной энергией.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Because of the development of radiation processing of food and agricultural products it requires new methods of control over the processing and turnover of products. A promising method for monitoring is EPR spectrometry. This research presents the results of a study of the radiation induced EPR signal in eggshells. The URT-0.5 (0.5 MeV) and UALR-10-10 S2 (10 MeV) accelerators were used for irradiation. It shows the kinetics of radicals over time. The dependences of the EPR signal intensity on the absorbed dose were obtained, and a comparative analysis of the irradiation of chicken eggs with different energies was performed.
